Sausage with no preservatives made using the recipe by a master in Germany
We have about 20 different types of authentic sausage and ham made only with domestically produced fresh pork meat. Based on the master's recipe we added domestically produced spices to suite the Japanese taste.<br />
Other then the classic boneless ham, we have many product that can only be eaten here including spicy chorizo, Senator that is made with coarsely minced meat, and Krakauer sausage that is made with beef.
